Super fast idea for lunch. Delicious, healthy wrap that can be made in a minutes. All you need to do is take few ingredients out of the fridge and wrap it up.

Składniki:

  • placek do tortilli
  • kilka liści szpinaku
  • pokruszona feta
  • czerwona fasola z puszki
  • pestki dyni
  • sos paprykowy lub sos jalapeno

Ingredients:

Sposób przygotowania:

  1. Ułóż wszystkie składniki na placku i zawiń w rulon zakładając brzegi do środka, tak aby po przekrojeniu na pół nie wypadała zawartość.

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients on a wrap, roll it up and fold edges inside to avoid falling contents after cutting in half.
